This month we are featuring @fod_band from Duffel, Belgium. They released their fifth studio album “The Once A Virgin Club” earlier this month and it’s a must listen for fans of Bad Religion and Green Day.

Some facts from the band:
F.O.D. started in 2008 out of nostalgia: Hans, Pierre and Stijn played another band when they were teenagers. At a drunk night (new years eve) they were looking back at all the fun they had and decided “let’s form a band again playing nineties punkrock” . The first years we actually were a Green Day cover band, playing Dookie in full. That’s where the name came from (F.O.D. is a song on Dookie, abbr. Fuck Off and Die). Later we decided to start writing our own songs.
On our first album we had a song called ‘Ontario’ about how we would never ever tour in Ontario-Canada. Few months later we were there on our first tour abroad… These were smaller shows.
A few years later we toured Japan, expecting nothing but it turned out to be our most fun tour ever!
On several tours, there was always a ‘bear’ pumping and smashing the crowd, we never know upfront if the guy will be there or not but he’s a spectacle on his own.
The long-awaited CDs for our new album, ‘The Once A Virgin Club’, have finally arrived at our headquarters. Glad to announce that we’ll begin dispatching them right away! We’re sorry for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Last night at EMMA 23 was the finale of our tour, and what a blazing, sweaty end it was! 🔥
It was hot, it was intense, it was pure punk mayhem. A night to remember forever.
From second 1, when The Neighbourhood Creeps started playing, it became clear what kind of night this would become 💃🕺
We’re heading home now. Tired but satisfied, with a bag full of memories. Lets do this again soon! ✌️

Still vibing to that Nova Gorica (SLO) show. So many people showed up at Mostovna, all of them giving their all. We even had stagedives goddammit! Big shout out to IN-SANE (SLO) and NACHOS PARTY for their tight ‘n fast sets. So good to meet Dario and Paolo of L'Accademia della CruSKA and BeerBongofficial Hope to be back in Slovenia soon!

Holy cow! Graz was a crazy party! So many people singing along and dancing their ass off. Hans got his mic smashed in his face but didn’t loose any teeth. We need more of this!
